Product Development Process

Our R/D team is well versed in modern CAD/CAM engineering in support of tooling creation. Utilizing our innovative 5-axis and 3-axis CNC machines, we create all molds in-house for our EPS molded liners, vacuum-formed PC shells, and injection molded components.

Materials are sourced from reliable vendors, regularly audited, and thoroughly inspected during our Incoming Quality Control (IQC) process. Our comprehensive testing lab supports and adheres to all North American, European, and ANZ certification requirements.

Our product development team members have long experience in creating and manufacturing high-performance products for top brands. Using CAD design, prototyping can get your products to be done quickly, accurately and cost-effectively.
