Strict QC Management for Reliable Helmet Safety
From raw material inspection to final shipment approval, every helmet passes through IQC, IPQC, FQC, and OQC procedures to guarantee consistent quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Helmet Factory Quality Control Process:

Our helmet production follows a strict quality control system to ensure every product meets safety, durability, and compliance requirements.

1. Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
All raw materials, accessories, shells, liners, straps, buckles, and hardware are inspected upon arrival. Materials that do not meet specifications are rejected or returned to suppliers.

2. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
During production, each process is monitored through:

· First Article Inspection

· In-line Patrol Inspection

· Process Self-Inspection

Key checkpoints include shell molding, EPS density, assembly accuracy, strap installation, and accessory fitting.

3. Final Quality Control (FQC)
Finished helmets undergo comprehensive inspection before packaging, including:

· Appearance check

· Dimension verification

· Structural inspection

· Functional testing

· Label & logo inspection

· Packaging verification

Performance tests may include impact absorption, penetration resistance, retention system strength, and electrical insulation (if applicable).

4. Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)
Before shipment, products are randomly inspected according to AQL standards to verify packaging integrity, labeling accuracy, carton condition, and shipment readiness.

Nonconforming Product Handling
Products failing inspection are clearly identified, segregated, analyzed, and processed through rework, repair, replacement, or rejection procedures.

Final Release
Only products that pass all inspection stages are approved for shipment.
